why are some people so hellbent on defending marvel’s representation problems… like i love marvel movies too but that doesn’t mean you can’t be critical of them. marvel has had problems representing women and people of color in their films and if you’re defending them for that then you’re definitely also a part of the problem

Yes exactly. Being a good fan doesn’t mean you have to defend your “problematic fave” just because and no matter what. Being a good fan also means being critical when it’s important.
