5 things to do before you get out of bed:
1. Express gratitude
2. Set your intentions for the day
3. Take five long deep breaths in & out
4. Smile for no reason just flex the muscle
5. Forgive yourself for yesterday’s mistakes
for those of you who have good relationships with your parents don’t forget to tell them you love them. If you don’t, don’t forget to tell the people you are close with that you love them. Tell people that you love them. This world sucks and you never know what will happen just… don’t keep your love to yourself.
Or wait or anything that requires you be on your feet for 6+ hours
Like you know how your feet feel all bruisey on the bottom after work and the pain still won’t be gone by the next morning and you have to deal w/ that pain AND the pain of the day to come
Well like my doctor told me that that bruisey feeling is cause standing on your feet all days causes fluids in your body to pool in your feet
So like at night he told me to elevate my legs with two pillows so the fluids can drain easier or w/e and ho damn.
It helps so much, Jesus Christ. No more limpy mornings.

I care about you
My massage therapist has me rolling my feet twice a day (I bought a foot roller at Walmart but a tennis ball will work really well too) once before bed and then again when I wake up but before I actually stand on me feet. So what I do is I swing my legs off the bed but stay sitting and roll them.
Also I do self massages with blue oil from aveda (that stuff is pricey, peppermint will help too. Or lavender)
