Hhhhh fuck my life, millenials are turning out in low numbers for early votes. I’ve seen several of you that have already voted but please, if you haven’t then go *before* the rush next Tuesday. You will lose less sanity and be less overwhelmed, if people try to bullshit you on ID shit you have more time to get what you need, the lines aren’t so long you can’t get your vote in, it’s all-around a much better experience.

If you don’t like Hillary, hold your nose and pretend it’s Bernie. We need Bernie-level turnout here and even Bernie has said it. Vote Hillary so Bernie has a shot at enacting some serious reform in the Senate. He can do amazing things in the Senate if he’s backed by other Senators and a President that leans liberal.

If anyone tells you the line is full, or that the time is up and everyone in line needs to go home, DO NOT LEAVE. Call the Election Protection Coalition at 1-866-OUR-VOTE.

IF YOU LIVE IN COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, IDAHO, ILLINOIS, IOWA, MAINE, MINNESOTA, MONTANA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NORTH CAROLINA, WISCONSIN, WYOMING OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, YOU HAVE SAME-DAY REGISTRATION.

This means that even if you are not currently registered to vote in that state or you need to update your registration with a new name or address, you can register there at the polls. You will need a photo ID and proof of residence to register. 

In Montana you will register at your election official’s office and be given a provisional ballot that won’t be counted until you return with proof of identity.

But if you live in one of those places and someone tells you you missed a deadline to register, they are wrong and you should call the hotline above.

@ white people who think wearing eagle feather headdresses is just a costume and doesn’t offend natives, I was at a powwow yesterday and one of the dancer’s who was a war veteran accidentally dropped an eagle feather while dancing and we had to stop the entire powwow, the head man and some other elders had to stop and pray over the feather before picking it up. The guy who dropped the father gave a speech, while almost in tears, about how sorry he was to have dropped the feather and how it represented the choices he had to make in combat and the lives of people that were taken, and he ended up passing the feather on to another young dancer instead of keeping it because he felt so ashamed. This is how much eagle feathers mean to a lot of our nations, and that’s how important it is to native veterans. Wearing eagle feathers as a costume or without having to go through combat is disgusting and you ARE offending our traditions and values. Stop. You cannot understand the importance of our customs and you do not deserve to wear eagle feathers.
